Welcome to Vietnam Connect. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and eSIM services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an eSIM plan, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Vietnam Connect provides digital eSIM data plans for travelers visiting Vietnam. Our services include:

  • Prepaid eSIM data plans with varying data allowances and durations
  • Coverage across Vietnam through partnerships with local mobile network operators
  • 4G LTE and 5G connectivity depending on your plan and location
  • Customer support via live chat, email, and social media

Our eSIM plans are designed for data usage only and do not include voice call or SMS capabilities unless explicitly stated in the plan description.

3. Account and Purchases

To purchase an eSIM plan, you must provide a valid email address and payment information. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process
  • Ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before making a purchase (check our compatibility guide for supported devices)
  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your order details and QR code
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your purchase credentials

4. eSIM Activation and Usage

Upon successful purchase, you will receive an eSIM QR code and activation instructions via email. Please note:

  • eSIM plans must be activated within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated
  • Your plan duration begins from the moment of first activation on a Vietnamese network
  • Data allowances are non-transferable and cannot be shared between devices
  • Unused data does not carry over after the plan expires
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device settings are correctly configured for eSIM use
  • Network speeds may vary depending on location, congestion, and network conditions

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before activation: Full refunds are available for eSIM plans that have not been activated. Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase.
  • After activation: Once an eSIM plan has been activated, refunds are generally not available as the service has commenced.
  • Technical issues: If you experience technical issues preventing eSIM activation or usage that our support team cannot resolve, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Processing time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vietnam Connect website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Vietnam Connect or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Reselling or redistributing eSIM plans without authorization
  • Attempting to circumvent data limits or manipulate network access
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our services or servers
  • Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vietnam Connect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific eSIM plan giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or eSIM services. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • Network outages or disruptions by local carriers
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control
  • Technical issues with third-party infrastructure or services

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
